Once the upstream pressure gradually rises above the set value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve will open, releasing the pressure water on the side of the main valve system; at this time, the main valve is opened, and the large amount of drain water is reduced to the set value, then it is slow and steady. Closed, no secondary water hammer is produced. It is suitable for eliminating the excessively high pressure due to the flow supply exceeding the demand. When the pipeline pressure value is lower than the valve set value, it is automatically closed; the operating pressure of the pressure relief valve is continuously adjustable.

Five, installation and maintenance instructions
a. There should be a certain space around the pressure relief valve to facilitate installation and maintenance operations;
b. During the transportation and installation process, the pressure relief valve should avoid violent collisions as much as possible to prevent the pipeline system and instruments from being damaged and affecting normal work;
c. Do not disassemble and adjust the pressure relief valve before and after installation;
d. The pressure relief valve can be installed both horizontally and vertically, but in the direction of the water flow arrow;
e. The location of the water discharge should be selected in a favorable position for safe drainage and will not pose a potential hazard to personnel equipment;
f. The exhaust valve of the pressure-reducing valve is used for exhausting the membrane chamber. For the first time, first open the exhaust valve exhaust. When water is discharged, immediately close the exhaust valve and the diaphragm chamber begins to build pressure. When working normally, the exhaust valve must be closed;
