Second, the working principle


When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and the outlet pressure acts through the conduit to the pilot valve. When the outlet pressure is higher than the pilot spring set value, the pilot valve is closed. The control room stops draining, at which time the main valve controls the chamber pressure to rise and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. When the valve outlet pressure is lower than the pilot valve set pressure, the pilot valve is opened and the control chamber is drained downstream. Since the displacement of the pilot valve system is greater than the water intake of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops. The inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the steady state, the control room has the same water and drainage, the main valve opening is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot spring.

Five, installation requirements and troubleshooting methods


1. This valve is installed without orientation. Note that the arrow of the valve body is in the same direction as the water flow. Be careful when installing it to avoid damage to the external valve line.


2. Install a gate valve and a filter of the same diameter in front of the valve to ensure easy maintenance and extend the life of the valve. It is recommended to install a gate valve for maintenance after the valve.


3. The pressure behind the valve is the same as that of the valve. There is no possibility of decompression. There are two possibilities. 1 There may be dirt in the seal of the pilot valve. The valve is not tightly sealed, resulting in no decompression. At this time, the inlet needle valve 6 is closed. Adjusting the ball valve 7 can open the pilot valve for cleaning, reinstall after cleaning, open the needle valve and adjust the ball valve and then adjust the pressure. 2 It may be that the pressure relief valve itself has a foreign body jam at the seal. At this time, the front and rear gate valves must be closed, the valve cover should be taken out to remove the diaphragm, the foreign matter in the valve cavity should be cleaned and reinstalled, and the front and rear gate valves can be opened.
