After more than 20,000 builders lasted 33 months of construction, the 22 million tons/year refinery expansion and reconstruction project of CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Phase II project was successfully commissioned and produced qualified products. The completion and commissioning of this project will better meet the country's rapid growth in demand for high-end petrochemical products, and effectively promote local economic development and economic restructuring and upgrading.
