working principle


The wet alarm valve device is in the servo state for a long time, and the system side is filled with water of working pressure. When a fire occurs in the control area of the automatic sprinkler system, the heat sensitive components in the closed sprinkler on the system pipe network are automatically sprayed by the hot blasting, wet type. The pressure on the side of the alarm valve system is reduced. Under the action of the pressure difference, the valve flap is automatically opened, and the water on the water supply side flows into the system side pipe network to replenish water, and the entire pipe network is in an automatic sprinkler state. At the same time, the water flow also flows into the retarder and the hydraulic alarm through the holes in the seat ring. Under a certain pressure and flow rate, the pipe network equipped with the water flow indicator also acts to output an electric signal. The system control terminal can timely discover the area where the fire occurs, and achieve the purpose of automatic sprinkler and alarm.

Installation and commissioning


 installation


a. The wet system is used in places where the ambient temperature does not freeze at 4-70 °C; b. The wet alarm valve group must be installed vertically, pay attention to the direction of water discharge during installation, and the installation position should be considered for repair and maintenance.


There is enough room for operation; c. A filter must be installed in front of the wet alarm valve to ensure that the water supply is clean. The system piping should be thoroughly flushed, and the pipe should be coated with a rust-proof layer to ensure that there is no dirt or dirt inside the pipe;


d. Each drain application pipeline is separately connected to the sewer to keep it unobstructed for uniform discharge; e. The pressure gauge should be turned to see the position of the reading; f. After the pipeline network system is installed, fill the system pipeline with water, slow Boost and drain the air in the pipeline, boost the system working pressure, check the entire system for leaks, and check the alarm and pipeline water supply.


 Regular inspection and maintenance


a. The rubber sealing surface on the valve flap should remove the attached dirt and foreign matter in time. If the rubber seal is worn or aging, it should be replaced in time; b. Clean the dirt of the filter on the alarm valve device and keep the pipeline. Unblocked; c. Check and clean the dirt inside the retarder, and the orifice should not be blocked by foreign matter.


 Test operation


The following tests should be carried out after installation and during regular inspections:


a. Alarm test: open the end water test device (installed at the end of the system), hydraulic alarm, pressure switch and water flow indication


The corresponding alarm action should be made;


b. Pipeline water supply test: open the drain ball valve, there should be a large amount of water flowing out, indicating that the pipe water supply is normal, otherwise


Check the piping system and remove the blockage.
